To renew your account, we ask that you order through our
standard signup process. This will allow us to store your
account details in our new billing and account management
system.
During signup, you will have a chance to enter your
"comments". This is where you would need to let us know that
you are renewing an existing account by adding the following
comments:
"This is a renewal of an existing account"
If you are wanting to upgrade your account, please do the
same except add the following as comments to your signup:
"This is an upgrade for an existing account"
With either a renewal order, or an upgrade order, your
existing paid time that remains on your account will be
applied which will cause the signup term to be extended.
You can also use our Express Payment Link to make the payment for your account renew or upgrade.
